Interview with Lukas

What is your favorite way to spend your free time?

In fact, one of my hobbies is not much different from my work, as I have been enjoying tinkering with software on computers for more than a decade. I've also enjoyed working out at the gym for a year now.

Are there any events or traditions that you particularly like at the TIMETOACT GROUP or in your company?

The monthly team building at the IPG is always a pleasure. There are usually activities before a group meal, such as curling at a Viennese Christmas market recently. Or Laser Tech was also very memorable.

If you could give your former self a tip in terms of professional development, what would it be?

Keep at it!

What skills do you think are particularly important in your working environment?

General understanding of technical systems, how they roughly work and standardized procedures.

What tip would you give to future colleagues?

The same thing my boss often tells me: things are not as hot as they are cooked!

What has been your biggest professional learning recently?

Quality over quantity

Which projects or tasks have particularly challenged you and helped you progress? Is there an example you can share?

When customers get a major system upgrade and we then iron out the long-term errors. This often involves communicating with the manufacturer, which is very draining.

How do the culture and benefits of the TIMETOACT GROUP support you in your day-to-day work?

The strong diversity of the companies and the people means that it's easy to get into conversations. This allows you to broaden your horizons.
